You can pay a parking ticket fee online, at a PostShop or at our Service Centre.
Pay your parking ticket online
You can pay online using internet banking or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). Online payment is available 2 business days after you've received a ticket.
If you can't pay the fee in full by the due date, contact our Service team as soon as possible and before the due date so we can discuss payment options.
Other ways to pay your parking ticket
Pay over the phone
Call us on 04 570 6666 to pay by credit card over the phone. Phone payment is available 1 business day after the fine is issued.
Pay at a PostShop
You can pay your parking ticket at any local PostShop that offers Bill Pay. You have to pay the full amount within 28 days of receiving it.
Pay at our Service Centre
You can pay by cash, credit card or Eftpos at our main building at 30 Laings Rd.
Note: If you've lost your parking ticket, you'll need to provide the vehicle registration number and the name and address of the registered vehicle owner.
What happens if you don't pay on time
Payment is due 28 days after you receive a parking ticket. If you don't pay within this time, we will send you a reminder notice in the mail and give you another 28 days.
After this period, we may use a debt collection agency for follow-up action. If payment is still not made, we may contact the Ministry of Justice. You'll have to pay any extra costs and your vehicle may be clamped or seized.
